Understand Your Utility Bill
The St. Lucie West Services District provides water (tap), wastewater treatment, and irrigation (reclaimed) water to customers within the District.
The below rates are effective October 1, 2026.
Water Rates
Monthly Base Facility Charge
The monthly base facility charge is based on meter size:
Water Usage Charge:
- $4.69 per 1,000 gallons of metered water usage.
Bulk Water:
- Bulk Meter: $13.34 per ERC
- Metered Water: $4.05 per 1,000 gallons
- Dispensed Water Through District Hose: $67.79 monthly
Wastewater Rates
Monthly Base Facility Charge
The monthly base facility charge is based on connection size:
Wastewater Usage Charge:
- $5.23 per 1,000 gallons of metered water service.
Bulk Wastewater:
- $4.50 per 1,000 gallons of metered use.
Irrigation Water Rates
Residential:
- Single-Family: $25.02 per month, per lot
- Multi-Family: $17.52 per month, per lot
Industrial, Commercial & Common Areas:
- $150.13 per irrigated acre
Golf Courses:
- $0.29 per 1,000 gallons used
