Rose Carvelli Resigns From Seat Four, Board to Appoint Replacement

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. — The St. Lucie West Services District Board of Supervisors will appoint a replacement for Seat Four during its public meeting on Oct. 7, 2025. Seat Four was previously held by Rose Carvelli, who was elected in Nov. 2024 and voluntarily stepped down late August. The appointed supervisor will serve the remainder of the term until Nov. 2027.

SLWSD is an independent 4,600-acre Community Development District providing water, wastewater, stormwater, and reclaimed irrigation services to the St. Lucie West area. Governed by a five-member elected board, its service area spans from Florida’s Turnpike to I-95 and from the C-108 Canal, near Torino, to Crosstown Parkway.
