A resident of St. Lucie West for more than 35 years, Mr. "Jack" Doughney brings over four decades of experience in municipal and county government management. His career culminated in his role as Deputy City Manager for Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where he helped oversee key operational and administrative functions of local government.
Jack is a graduate of Florida International University and has also served locally on several municipal advisory bodies, including Budget and Planning, Zoning, and Lands Acquisition committees. Jack continues his long-standing commitment to public service through his work with the St. Lucie West Services District, contributing his extensive experience in government operations, planning, and community development.
