The last irrigation restriction ended April 13, 2026 after sufficient rainfall and retention ponds returning back to normal levels--Irrigation water systems are operating under normal schedules.

Did You Know?

The SLWSD provides irrigation water throughout St. Lucie West. This irrigation supply consists of reclaimed water (treated wastewater) and water collected from stormwater retention ponds (lakes), helping conserve potable drinking water.

Did you also know that St. Lucie West operates as a Community Development District (CDD)? This structure allows the District to manage and maintain essential infrastructure and services that support the community.
