Bill Payment Options

St. Lucie West Services District offers various payment options for utility bills. Please note, SLWSD does not reimburse any fees associated with payment methods outside the district’s designated system, including those from money orders, cashier’s checks, or personal checks. Fees from credit/debit card payments are also non-reimbursable, as these are charged by a third-party processor.

Payment Methods

• Checks, Money Orders, or Cashier’s Checks (No SLWSD fees): Payments can be made in person or by mail.
• Bank Drafts (No SLWSD fees): Set up automatic monthly payments via bank draft, debited 20 days after the statement date.
• Online Banking (No SLWSD fees, but individual bank fees may apply): Payments through your bank’s online service are processed by SLWSD, though processing schedules may vary.
• Online Bill Portal Payment (Autopay Available) (Third-Party Fees Apply): Pay via credit/debit card or e-check. (Click here to Set-up an Online Billing Account)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express): 3.10% or $2.50 minimum per transaction.
  • Electronic Check: $1.50 per transaction.
• Pay by Phone: Call (866) 252-9322 to pay with a credit/debit card. Third-party processing fees apply.
